At Elevated Impact, we are committed to delivering high-quality social media and digital marketing services tailored to each client’s business goals. Because our work is strategy-driven and customized, refunds are not automatically guaranteed. Instead, refunds are strictly governed by the terms outlined in the individual contract signed at the time of package purchase.

1. Goal-Based Refunds

Each client engagement begins with a signed contract that sets out the agreed business goals, deliverables, and expectations.
Refunds will only be granted if the contract specifically states that a refund applies in the event that agreed goals are not met.
If no refund clause is included in your contract, you are not eligible for a refund.

2. Conditions for Refund

Refund eligibility depends on the terms agreed in your contract. Typically, this may include:

Clearly defined performance metrics or results (e.g., minimum content delivery, specified engagement benchmarks).
Timeframes within which those goals must be achieved.
Evidence that agreed-upon deliverables were not provided as outlined.

3. Exclusions

Refunds will not be provided for:

General dissatisfaction where no refund clause exists in the contract.
Situations outside our control (e.g., changes to social media platform algorithms, client’s internal processes, or lack of cooperation from the client).
Services already delivered in full where no refund clause applies.

4. Process for Requesting a Refund
